Walk the lotWe meet on your land, talk through what you want and give you a realistic budget range.
Plans and selectionsLock in plans, finishes and allowances so the budget is built on real choices.
Sign the cost-plus contractYour contract spells out our fee. Materials and subs are billed at actual cost.
Build with open booksYou get the invoices and regular updates, so there are no surprises at the end.

Willow Grove is a family-owned builder run by Clark and Mackensi Wickliffe in Midlothian.

Clark grew up in Midlothian and is a third-generation Texas real estate professional. He builds custom homes, manages residential and commercial property, and has sold homes, land and ranches across Ellis and Johnson County. That means he prices a build the way an owner, an investor and a landlord would: what it costs now, what it costs to keep up, and what it is worth when it is done.
